Yum! Love peach season. On my way to check out your delish looking recipe right now . . .
I remember this delicious recipe and the stunning photograph, Terry. I believe I had recently discovered your blog. This may have been the first recipe of yours that I made.
I fixed it for a family brunch served in three courses instead of our usual buffet style. Your yummy and rather decadent salad, then quiche Lorraine finished with an assortment of mini-coffee cakes and café au laits. Simple but satisfying and more than one person had seconds of your salad. It has become a family favorite.
Thank you for the original recipe post and almost twelve years more of deliciousness.
Thanks, John!
Dani, what a great story of a lovely family brunch. Sounds like you and your family eat well.
this sounds just delicious. and as i am not a tomato lover this is perfect for me. now i just have to wait till summer for peach season 🙂
